Problem statement

Every time I use the app, I can't tell which options I had used previosly.

Proposed solution

It would be great if the app could show you which options are already enabled or disabled.
An example is: selecting to disable windows defender, but its show an orange border because it's already disabled and there's no need to run that option, it can help to reverse some options.

I see two ways to do this feature:
1 - save a local history where I can select and it automatically loads with the previous options to see what I have selected;
2 - a button to scan the system, then load which options are already modified and shows with the orange border;
