Create glossary

Unikube uses some terms which are not well known (yet?) and should be explained in order to make it clear to the reader what we are actually talking about. 

Some terms I am not exactly sure about are for example:

* sops
* deck

In the best case we can use this glossary to automatically show tooltips on the terms on mouseover, so readers can get some inline hints about the terms.
