[Gallery][iOS Canary][UI Components - AutoSuggestBox] Texts are not visible in Light Theme

Current behavior

On iOS when the Light Theme is set and user types in AutosuggestBox then the text are in 'White' color which make it non readable and visible. After change the them to ark and again turning to light theme bring the text in black color

Expected behavior

Text should be black in Light mode

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Open Gallery Canary on an iOS device.
2. Set the Gallery theme to Light Mode from the Menu.
3. Navigate to Menu → UI Components → AutoSuggestBox.
4. Type any text in the AutoSuggestBox.
5. Observe that the text is not visible as it appears in white color.
6. Switch to Dark Theme from the Menu and observe that the text is now visible.
7. Switch back to Light Theme from the Menu and observe that the text is now visible again.
