Integrate new DATEX API #78
Description
The release of unyt/datex@0.0.13 introduces the lacking features for the final ComHub implementation.

- Upgrade the npm package to 0.0.13 (make it pinned to avoid auto breaks)
- The Network ComHub getMetadata() to access the connected interfaces and sockets, remvoe the hardcoded JSON
- https://jsr.io/@unyt/datex/doc/~/Network.ComHub#method_removeinterface_0 and https://jsr.io/@unyt/datex/doc/~/Network.ComHub#method_removesocket_0 to handle the disconnects in the expanded view
