Bug Description

Hi,

I encountered an error in my installation. When I try to add a shortcut I end up with this:

Create shortcut: [invalid_argument] rpc error: code = InvalidArgument desc = invalid filter: failed to compile filter: failed to compile filter: ERROR: <input>:1:1: undeclared reference to 'test' (in container '')
 | test
 | ^

I am not sure if it's only related to my installation but I tested it on the demo instance and it's happening there too. I would like to kindly ask you for help.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in
2. Add a new shortcut
3. See error

Expected Behavior

The shortcut is added.

May what you add in "Filter" block is error.

Above all are what I known, and there may be written more details in doc about filter rules.
