PCI device passthrough to linux guest

Hi, I have several devices connected to the PCI slots of my Mac Pro, I am facing issues with having PCI passthrough enabled to access the devices connected to the host's PCI slots.

I have searched online for solutions such as modifying the UTM configuration file and other terminal commands and no success with those attempts.

Configuration

UTM Version: 4.4.5 (94)
macOS Version: Sonoma 14.4.1
Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M2

edit: I looked at the release notes that virtio-gpu-pci was added back in on UTM Version 4.2.4, Which means the UTM version I have should have. Someone submitted a work around in No 'PCI' bus found for device 'virtio-serial-pci' #4961 But as someone said the solution doesn't work on 4.2.5 and nor is it working for me on 4.4.5
