Emulation is really slow (Wont even startup)

So I wanted to test out a server software called Thinlinc however, it's only supported on x86 and honestly, virtualisation works so well on Utm Ubuntu 24 Runs great with the default 4GB RAM and 64GB storage however, since I needed x86 I emulated used the default options installed ubuntu desktop it froze on the setup screen for ~9 minutes then gave an error saying something went wrong, then I tried ubuntu server CLI worked great Wanted GUI used sudo apt install ubuntu-desktop reboot it installed typed in my password took 30 seconds to register I pressed enter it froze
You get what I am saying here Any ways to increase performance I will try more RAM But any useful settings maybe a de-bloated installation or config anything to get as much useability as possible?
