Simplify and revise Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct has been rewritten to streamline its content and align it more closely with the community's needs. Unnecessary sections were removed, and clearer descriptions of expectations, unacceptable behaviors, and enforcement guidelines were added. This ensures a concise, actionable, and accessible document for contributors.
