Inline images/base64 not shown neither uploaded

Hi,

First, thanks for your amazing project!

Here is my issue:

Description

When adding an image inline with the text, before it was working but since v1.1.7 version, there is a strange behavior that image disappear.

How to reproduce

• a fully working setup (in app_env dev or prod doesn't change the behavior)
• on a ticket, when replying as a thread, add an image inline with some text
• click on answer to the ticket and stay on the thread
• image is shown correctly
• just reload the page
• image disappeared

• inspect dom and an empty img tag is here

Possible Solution

Use attachments instead but not very handy because I need to always download file before opening it.
I have a lot of ticket with screen captures.

Additional context

Old threads before migration to v1.1.7 with inline image are shown correctly under v1.1.7
