- Manuj from Qualcomm was representing UXL at the Microsoft Build event
- The agenda is pretty much finalised for the UXL mini summit
- All Steering member reps that can attend are presenting at the UXL mini summit
- The Steering Committee face to face agenda is ready but still open for topics
UXL Foundation Charter
- There was discussion about the existing UXL Foundation Charter and how it needs to be adapted since its creation
- Good feedback was received and this will be incorporated in a new draft
UXL Foundation Project Health Dashboards
- Rod presented data collected for the UXL projects through GitHub and the Linux Foundaton Insights system
- The idea is to set up a way to measure the "health" of projects
- Three areas were presentd for the criteria to measure: Project popularity, Project Velocity, Project Diversity as taken from the CHAOSS project
- In addition to this Security and RFC Activity were added
- The initial data from the projects was presented and shared with the committee
- There was good feedback and Megan will bring her experience from doing this with other projects
- The measures will be refined further, shared with the project maintainers and once agreed used to monitor the projects through the year
