Allow a developer to easily fine-tune the visual size of icons, without affecting layout.
Also allow them to change the stroke width of SVG icons. This only works if the SVG icon uses strokes and not just filled paths.
This is a discussion-opener, not necessarily a 100% thought-through feature. Missing tests.
