Plugin description

Plug-in who will works when you turn your online status to "do not disturb" :
When you turn your online status to "do not disturb", the plug-in would disable out-of-app notifications (or only turn them into silent mode, with an user setting)
Could even be done for in-app notifications

@Cynosphere I thought that, but I tested it the other day and it didn't change anything... Or is there a parameter to do that?
