assetsInclude should allow any file extension

As a workaround to get a package's web worker into the deps folder, the assetsInclude vite setting should allow for specifying a specific JS file. Not sure what the downside of allowing that would be, I'm curious what people think on this. In general giving it the flexibility for any file extension would make sense to me as well.
