When Editor is Open, Fill the Area with Running Viz #1066

As a user editing a viz, I don't want to see anything other than the running viz when I'm editing code.

Current behavior:

The viz page shows the title, author, description, etc. even while editing the code

Desired behavior:

It should be more like vizhub-lite in that the entire right side panel is taken up by the running viz
