Definitely enough to open an issue, but I'm not exactly clear on how this might be resolved.

I don't think I've encountered this in TF2 - so far my understanding is the various filter/collision hooks that this extension makes are only executed on the main game thread.

Sounds like L4D2 may be offloading some logic to other threads, which sounds complex to solve.

I can envision it being theoretically possible to have non-main threads shuffle the SP forward into the main thread by blocking the other threads until the main thread forward completes. But I'm sure that'd be rife with potential for deadlocks, or at the very least a loss in performance for the server itself.

I had thought the L4D(2) changes were included in #8, but maybe there's more needed for this fix.
