Start the traning on idun

Description of task

we have to start model training on the idun system. We have access now, so now we need to submit the training job and get the model from Idun.

Suggested Workflow

• Place the codebase project to Idun
• Write the .slurm file for Idun
• Submit the traning job using "sbatch"
• Get the model

Specifications

• Make sure that the .slurm file is available to everyone in Vortex
• The model must have high accuracy and Intersection over Union (IoU) metrics

Code Quality

• Every function in header files are documented (inputs/returns/exceptions)
• The project has automated tests that cover MOST of the functions and branches in functions (pytest/gtest)
