API Reference Missing fiftyone.management module

fiftyone.management is the FiftyOne Teams Management SDK. API Ref located here: https://beta-docs.voxel51.com/teams/management_sdk/

This reference is used a lot by customers.

In current docs, we did a weird thing where we clone fiftyone-teams and link it in so we can autogenerate documentation for this as well. Needed infra support to get a token with perms to clone that repo, etc.
So, it probably won't be super easy to do it here. But idk.

Interesting - thanks for the history. Going to need someone from infra to help on this one

I can advise also, I did the hack to get sphinx to include the module in doc autogen. I just don't know mkdocs well enough.
