Entire TUI/GUI operating system?

I really like this project.

I use terminals a lot on an iPhone.

I have been trying to find a way to get more of the intuitive graphical / touch user interface with the capabilities of a Linux terminal.

Does anyone know of anything where it’s like you’re running Linux in desktop mode, except it’s a TUI “desktop”? In other words, it’s graphically simple enough to run inside a terminal, yet it has the graphical nature of the desktop, not the CLI.

It would be extremely useful if it even supported touch. Then I could use it in iSH or Termius.
