treeSelect组件能否添加 key 的别名

• I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

What problem does this feature solve?

有这样一个场景，组织架构下有多个部门，每个部门下有子部门和员工，一个员工可以同时在多个部门。
因为key 使用 value 的值，就会key重复导致渲染错误。
如果手动构造value，例如 "pid-id"，可以解决这个问题，但是会导致多选时无法同时高亮同一个员工，也会导致选择同一员工多次。

能否在fieldNames属性下添加 key 的别名，应该可以解决这个问题。
