Include aria-labelledby reference to H1 text id value in <div> with role=feed in feed example page #2514

Just a recommendation to follow through on the instructions supplied for making a feed widget accessible listed in the "WAI-ARIA Roles, States and Properties" section on the Feed pattern page. Please add an aria-labelledby reference to the H1 heading on the feed element on the the Feed HTML example page.

Current markup:
<h1>Recommended Restaurants</h1>
..
<div id="restaurant-feed" role="feed">

Suggested markup:
<h1 id="foo">Recommended Restaurants</h1>
..
<div id="restaurant-feed" role="feed" aria-labelledby="foo">
