The spec is already in browser-specs in practice. Now, the spec says it is an "Unofficial Proposal Draft", so the entry gets a "standing": "pending" property, and I suppose "pending" specs get skipped in BCD. Ideally, the fix would be that the spec stops saying that it is an unofficial proposal draft, especially if it is already implemented somewhere. In the meantime, we'll have to force the standing to "good" in browser-specs.
