Chapters starting on right side of book #118

Hi,
Currently there is no option for the class adsphd to support the openright option that is compatible with the report documentclass. This can be achieved by adding \DeclareBoolOption{openright} (I have it after line 104) and adding \DeclareVoidOption{openright}{
\PassOptionsToClass{openright}{report}
} (I have it after line 122).
Using in the main file the options [twoside, openright] will automatically start chapters on odd pages.
