A better description of how to use Logger

Despite my best intentions (or maybe I'm simply too dumb) I could grasp how to user the Logger.
I think we should upgrade the docs also to cater for this kind of audience ;)

we should probably enhance the description here https://redstone.academy/docs/pst/tests/preparations#%EF%B8%8F-loggerfactory, add info about required imports, different logger implementations, etc...

..or maybe you're simply too dumb! 🤡
