What problem does this feature solve?

目前好像默认只能预览dist文件夹，能指定其他文件夹吗？比如example

What does the proposed API look like?

命令行工具加可以，配置加也可以

The preview command will serve the output directory by default, which can be changed by output.distPath.root.
