[Bug]: Didn't website trigger re-deployment

1. Visit https://rslint.rs/rules/?group=eslint-plugin-jest
2. Status of some rules seems still partial-impl

HOWEVER run pnpm dev in this project in local env, status of all rules are full. This bug has been solved in #992, so I suspect the issue is that the website hasn’t been redeployed.

I guess it’s because our Cloudflare deployment queue delayed the website update...
