We should update the SDP example to include the H264 codec offer from chrome and explain the differences between them.

You mean the profile-level-id? That is a rather long story... maybe we can convince @steely-glint to tell it?

no, payload like 102 in chrome vs 96 in other browsers.

payload types in the dynamic range are up to the browser/agent. Don't attach meaning to them or hardcode them.
