Import Node.js tests

Probably lots of overlap. Unsure how much work. But, they also probably include a decent number of corner cases that we might or might not have covered.

All but the last one appear to be HTTP, not URL tests.

• auth tests basic auth
• search tests that search parameters aren't lost in the process
• post tests POST method
• path test that path isn't lost in the process
• only-support-http-https is clearly a HTTP specific test
• basic tests request headers and GET method
