Hi,
I have a question about the command-line parameters -ah and -an.
I have tried:
- Using -ah and -an directly
- Using -ah yes / -an yes
- Using -ah 1 / -an 1
But the neutral loss function does not seem to work correctly.
Could you please tell me the correct usage of these two parameters?
Do they require a value, or are they just simple flags?
Thank you very much for your help!
