RFC: EIP-6963 Multi-Wallet Discovery Support

I have a complete implementation of a eip6963Connector (with legacy fallback) which I could contribute. For some reason the provided one still uses race conditions type connector, which when you have multiple wallets doesn't let you choose which to login as.
