Also now colesces the 'id' fields in the fastloaded dd so that they will correctly autoincrement. Removed the half of the tables in allowableTables, that either are not used at all or are empty -- code exists that references them, but most likely has never been called. Better error reporting to the client from localReplaceTables.js (fast load).
