Is there a way to toggle window_decorations with keybind?

I try this

      mods = 'LEADER',
      action = wezterm.action_callback(function(window, pane)
         local overrides = window:get_config_overrides()
         if overrides.window_decorations == 'RESIZE' then
            overrides.window_decorations = 'INTEGRATED_BUTTONS|RESIZE'

            overrides.window_decorations = 'RESIZE' 
         end

         wezterm.reload_configuration()
      end) 
   },

And it doesn't work

I change mods to 'CTRL|ALT' and it works. Does anyone know why I can't do it with LEADER?
