Allow passing parameter to web-ui-renderer to force light/dark mode

Currently it follows the user's preferences based on the browser/system flags, but might be desirable if the developer could force one or the other to more closely match the applications style.

There's a store for colorScheme in state.ts and we just need to update that to force light/dark mode.
