Flip variation preview if board is flipped.

Another pedantic request I'm afraid!

Scid has this great feature where you can review the board position of a variation by hovering your mouse over the moves.

It's a bit counterintuitive to show the board from the white end when you've been analysing from the black end the whole time.

Is it possible to flip this view if the board is flipped?

Not pedantic at all. That one has always bothered me too. I will see if I can make sure hover view is aligned with board view.
