Home Screen: Iterate over Favorite Cities

Home Screen needs <- & -> buttons to allow users to switch between their favorite cities set on the Cities tab. Either that or have a swipe capability that wouldn't interfere in swiping between the different tabs.

PR: #55 did the View portion of the work. Now what's needed is to tie it to the DB repo and populate accordingly.
