Suggested updates to WikiPathways path (purple) after WP classic is turned off

Changes to Academy stages/tracks that are necessary once WP classic is turned off:

WikiPathways path (purple)

1. Create your Account

• Rename to "Setup"
• Remove instructions for wiki account creation/permissions
• Add instructions on how to clone repo
• Add overview of curation process (maybe a graphic?): clone, make edits locally, create PR, get latest version etc.

2. Publish a Pathway

• Repeat overview/graphic describing curation process
• Add instructions for how to make a PR
• Remove instructions for PV/WP classic connection and tagging of new pathway
• Describe review process from curators perspective (i.e. what to expect)
• Remove the verification step at the bottom.

4. Add Ontology Term

• Remove this stage. This will eventually be done in PathVisio, unclear how this will be handled in the interim period after classic site is gone but before PV4.

5. Edit a Pathway

• Repeat overview/graphic describing curation process
• Update instructions to describe how to pull the latest version of an existing pathway, make edits, and create a PR.
• Remove the verification step at the bottom.
