📝 Description of the new feature/enhancement

To enhance the functionality of the Dropsheld, I suggest adding a "Folder Monitoring" feature. This feature would scan a specified folder based on certain rules, and when these rules are met or new files are added, the files appear in the shelf.

➕ Supporting information

Provide options to set rules for monitoring, such as file types :(extension), exclude files by size etc.
When the specified rules are met or new files are added to the monitored folder, the files automatically appear in the Dropsheld shelf.
