Cursor change for mode doesn't work inside GNU Screen

Basically same issue as here - https://vi.stackexchange.com/questions/7306/vim-normal-and-insert-mode-cursor-not-changing-in-gnu-screen

But I am using Terminus

My inputrc also doesn't work correctly, but thinking it needs to be fixed separately
