Add CI pipeline to run nightly tests

Run the tests daily in CI pipeline and send and alert when some of the price feeds are fail

As for #52, the required script and CI workflow is ready, but we still need to spawn a specific runner in Github as to avoid getting http/451 errors from some providers (e.g.: binance.com).
