CI/CD support for Linux Openshift servers

Description

I am looking for guidance or official support for integrating Detox into CI/CD pipeline hosted on Linux-based OpenShift Servers. Please confirm if it is supported or not and provide documentation for the same if it is supported. If not then please provide the future scope and timeline for the same.

I checked the current docs and source references. My read is:

• Android Detox on Linux CI is supported in principle, as long as the runner can provide a real Android execution target. The Android environment guide explicitly covers headless CI machines and shows a headless Linux emulator launch with -no-window -no-audio -gpu swiftshader_indirect: https://github.com/wix/Detox/blob/master/docs/guide/android-dev-env.md#booting-an-emulator-via-command-line
• The CI guide has an Android-only GitLab example and calls out the important constraint: hosted runners often cannot run Detox Android emulators unless they have KVM/nested virtualization support. • For scaling or when local emulators are hard to run on CI infrastructure, Detox documents Genymotion SaaS as a supported Android device option: https://github.com/wix/Detox/blob/master/docs/guide/genymotion-saas.mdx
• iOS simulator testing is not supported on Linux/OpenShift, because it requires Apple simulator tooling on macOS/Xcode.

So for Linux-based OpenShift specifically, I would treat it as “not OpenShift-specific, but possible for Android if your OpenShift worker nodes/pods can run Android emulators with the required virtualization/device access, or if you use an external Android device provider like Genymotion SaaS.” If the cluster cannot expose KVM/nested virtualization or a compatible emulator setup, Detox itself will not make that part work.
