The only change in 2.6.5 was a single bugfix, that shouldn't affect the diagram:

• Bugfix: TCP connection to emulator device never disconnect (TCP connection to emulator device never disconnect #856)

If you move again to 2.6.5, does the problem appear again?

I'm trying to understand if this happened due a corrupt installation, or if it's an actual problem in 2.6.5.
