Request to Add WooCommerce `Dev` Releases to WPackagist

Hello,

I would like to ask whether it would be possible to include dev releases for WooCommerce in WPackagist.

For example, the current 10.9-dev release is available on GitHub, but it cannot be installed through WPackagist:

• https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/releases/tag/10.9.0-dev

I would like to request an exception for WooCommerce, as it is a large and complex ecosystem extended by many plugins and themes. Having access to development releases even one additional week earlier would be extremely helpful for compatibility testing and identifying potential issues before the beta and final releases.
