feat(website): apply react.use for chat and stop using async component

Refactors ShoppingChatApplication to use React Suspense for
asynchronous data loading. This improves the user experience by
displaying a skeleton loader while the chat agent initializes.

The agent creation logic is now encapsulated within an async
function, and the `AsyncAgenticaChatApplication` component
utilizes the `use` hook to handle the promise. The parent
component no longer needs to manage the Suspense boundary for
this specific component.
