Not able to identify the resource path related to erroneous API invocations.

Problem

For any of faulty invocations (THROTTLE, TARGET_CONNECTIVITY, AUTH etc), it is not possible to identify the related resource path since for all faulty invocations, the apiResourceTemplate is not getting published by default.
Hence the resource data is blank for faulty invocations, in the "API Resource Usage Summary" widget in the Choreo Analytics dashboard.

This makes it hard for analysis and decision making since insufficient information is displayed.

Solution

Publish the resource information of the faulty invocations and add resource level breakdown for Errors page.
