Application Search criteria in APIM admin portal in APIM 4.2.0

Problem

Hi All,

According to the current implementation, applications cannot be searched by their name in the admin portal in APIM 4.2.0. It only executes the application search based on the user(Application Owner).

Solution

Implement the capability of searching the applications by their name in the admin portal of APIM 4.2.0.
