You have to use the developer studio of wso2 and pick up one of the project types, so automatically is generated the pom files.

I think @mamghari was asking for something similar to this (outdated) documentation:

which is a legit request (considering - for example - that you cannot build Micro Integrator 4.2 with Java 11 because the P2 plugins are failing, see this issue)
