Docker "Build image" failure from Integration Studio #85

Description:
Docker "Build image" failure from Integration Studio in these cases

whilst on VPN - proxy setting changes don't work (both maven and network config)
when attempting to use non community base image, i.e. docker.wso2.com/wso2mi:4.0.0.0
- community edition did not have this issue (wso2/wso2mi:4.0.0)

[ERROR] Head https://docker.wso2.com/v2/wso2mi/manifests/4.0.0.0: unauthorized: authentication required
[WARNING] An attempt failed, will retry 1 more times
org.apache.maven.plugin.MojoExecutionException: Could not build image

Affected Product Version:
Integration studio 8.0.0
