README.md: Update Wayland notice.

Well, the issue, that sidebars are not moveable, works, if one
compiles a current version, who does that? The default package
(e.g. on Ubuntu 22.04) is wxWidgets 3.0.5.
And in the wxWidgets bug tracker there are a lot of issues
concerning Wayland...
