Tableau RedCap WDC not able to reach RedCap to Refresh #8

Hi @xHeliotrope ,

For about a year now, we've been unable to refresh our RedCap WDC from Tableau Desktop (2022.3.5) or Tableau Server (2022.3.5 - Windows Server 2016 on-prem) using https://redcap.ccf.org/redcap/api/?content=tableau. Tableau support suggested I put in a Github ticket to you. Below are the error messages in the Tableau Desktop logs and Server logs. Have you seen this before?
