[BUG]: The timer progress bar is showing full when refreshing and some time has past already

Description

When the timer was started on a board, and the page is refreshed the progress bar is shown full and then it corrects its size accordingly.

Steps to reproduce

Get into a Board. Press the button start timer, let it run for a few seconds, and refresh the page. Once it restarts, in the first load the progress bar will show full, then update itself to the right position.

Expected result

When I refresh the page, I want to the see to progress bar showing its right position since the first render.

What should happen?

Show the progress bar in the correct step.

Actual result

Once the timer is running and the board is refreshed, it shows the full progress bar in the first render then it updates itself to the right progress.
