Is there any way to add extra deps for a test defined in add_tests ?

Say I have a target like this:

target("foo")
    set_kind("shared")
    add_files("foo.cpp")
    add_tests("foo_test", {
        kind = "binary",
        files = "test/foo_test.cpp",
        set_rundir("$(projectdir)"),
        add_deps("bar"),
        packages = {"doctest"},
        defines = "DOCTEST_CONFIG_IMPLEMENT_WITH_MAIN"})
target_end()

Directly call add_deps in the add_tests seems to add the bar dep to foo instead of foo_test.
